When i was working with sales team and training the sales team at whatever an organization i was a part of, it was always ok, well, if you want this many salesi, youknow, t to equal this much of a commission. Well, let's back that out. How many people yo have to talk to to get that sale? Ho many those had to be qualified how many those eventually to the point of how many times you have to pick up the phone, right? Just do that, and by the law of trends and patterns, you will, more often than not, produce the result you are trying to produce. But at least you can focus your activity properly. You
