Your message is not just about the proactive power of the state, but it's also about the importance of international co operation. I'm wondering, therefore, why you place so much emphasis on lessons that we should all learn from history. Cause it seems to me the massive effort made to get men on the moon in the late 19 sixties was no way about global cooperation. It was about nationalism. The space race as an elemental part of the cold war with the soviet union. Rit first of all, my notion of missions isn't either international or national or local. It has to be for all of those, because problems have those different dimensions. We have city level problems
