The Proximity Mechanism of Trust

We need to understand the mechanisms that are happening inside our brains in order to really understand the phenomenon. What humans do 99% of the time every, every, I've been in 50 countries and all those countries, is people default to cooperation. And so if we get, if we look at the neuro anatomy, we find is that our brains look like other social species. So putting us together at work in play is completely natural. We do not survive alone. very few hermits are flourishing. Very few that are just oddballs. The implication of the neuroscience, the economics is that work becomes really fun with cool people around me. That's a really interesting practical question right there.
