Is There a Need for More Teachers?
There is a movement to allow military veterans who do not have teaching backgrounds to enter class rooms. Arizona is allowing college students to come in and instruct children. Ana Navarrette: We're at a clearly vulnerable moment for our students, where they are not where they would have been in non pendemic times. If teachers are going to stay, we need to make them feel like they're wanted and that what they're doing is valuable.
