Polygamy and Women in the Church
The latter day saint women had a positive view of eve. They argued for women's right to vote, as they said: the world needs our housekeeping. And so it was kind of a beautiful thing to see them really finding that strength and comfort that they needed to get through something that was difficult for them. Now we can't talk about the late 18 hundreds and the church without talking about polygamy.
