How Long Does It Take to Get Title Turned In?

When somebody needs funding right away, i would think that's a red flag. There has to be some sort of balance between speed and being able to do your due diligence on the loan too. Sometimes i get title turned around in 24 hours in metropolitan markets, but sometimes it can take up to a week or longer.
