Contemplating a Construction Project

Contemplating brought clarity, as i was able to determine the following. I literally designed the person i wanted to become for that construction project. Developing energy is a key focus because it takes a lot of energy to lead a team and a lot ofEnergy within that team to lead that project. You are not paid for your knowledge alone. You are also paid for the spirit in which you implement what you know. That can include mental and physical health, proper motivation and having less friction throughout life.
