"I feel a sense of responsibility now where I'm declaring this is what I'm gonna do and if I don't then it's on me," says the fitness expert. "If you're able to say to the world and that could just be your Instagram account or it could just be a Facebook post", he adds, "then one you've said it to the universe and kind of gotten the ball rolling right"
