Do the Fed Really Need to Change Its Target?
A lot of investors out there, including us, question whether or not the fed has to even change its target. I would say somewhere in the tune of between that three and six %, i think would be a reasonable area over the next couple of quarters for us. You know, clearly, energy prices have trenneded lower. But one area that we're watching as well as the real estate market,. given mortgage rates now up to six % again, or close to six%.
