We experience life from our moment to moment thinking we cannot experience life separate from our whatever's there in our minds in that moment. When you get yourself into a bit of self-acceptance and say okay I'm gonna realize that my intentions are not bad they're not flawed then you can start to investigate the information you've been given. You have a thought whether it's a craving or something and it takes a lot of energy to try to disprove that thought so you get you give this great technique for actually expending less energy and helping it to more or less like go overYou know what I mean? Like clearly I'm weak I know better clearly I'm self sabotaging why else
