"People want easy answers to hard problems and so saying I've got a personality test in the course that'll tell you if you're on the right path is an easy answer to a complex thing," says David Walliams. "There's always going to be people who think oh good here's a silver bullet and this guy's figured out what it takes but I think the ability of some subset of the population to think more critically take the road less traveled is where we need to go", he adds.
