Do I Need to Do This Every Day?

The nervous system really kind of needs to be fed every 12 to 24 hours. So i have to give them movements that they're going to be able to repeat daily. We we assign ten minutes a day of protocol. By the way, we know the athletes have time constraints and they want to get out there and run. Even if you hav to take ten minutes out of your run, that run's going to be more effective.
