The First Missile Strike on NATO Land Since the War Began

The suspect accused of killing three UVA football players and injuring two other students was arraigned in court today. The university canceled its final home game set for Saturday. NATO says there are no indications that the airstrike was a deliberate attack but added Russia still bears the ultimate responsibility.
