Praying for You, Praying for His People

When someone gets close to the end of their life, they speak about the things that matter most. In John 17 Jesus is revealing what's most on his heart. He doesn't pray that you be protected from hardship. Instead he prays instead that you beprotected from the evil one. The real threat to your soul is what the Bible calls the evil one or sometimes called the devil.
