Clarity is an extraordinarily good company. It has been, and will continue to be very successful. But one observation i had here is i couldn't find the cadence in my first couple of months. So ner the sea a se and i sat down and i said, i need to build a cadence here. There's got to be a rhythm to how we get things done. And inclare was a perfect example of a really, really good company,. But we just needed to find that cadence. We had to build management, a goverance process. The had to start getting at the rat metric.
