Is Caesars the Same as Caesars?
I can sympathize with Caesars because I think what happened was they misunderstood their own rules and their initial decision. They actually paid out some winners that they should have voided as well. Some books actually have a clause in their rules that says must play 17 games unless the outcome has already been established. And if Caesars had had that in their house rules, I wouldn't have a case. But they don't. All of the bets in question on my own personal account happened to be at Caesars. So just all my action on these teams just happened to be from Caesars' sports book.
