Startup Compensation

I think it's a great question and I think it could go either way. It depends on whether or not the VC community, the venture capital community, is willing to take a look at itself. The whole notion that you start with a friends and family round assumes that you have friends and family who can write sizable checks. That is not very equitably distributed across the society.
