Kiwi Build Was an Abject Failure, Right?
The social imperative is the one that needs to be focused on here rather than the market imperative, right? Well, there's certainly been lacking for a long period of time. The reality is that local communities have issues with regard to social housing being developed in particular areas. Why do we have such reluctance to embrace those newer forms of building? It's to do with historic problems associated with the investment necessary to make a credible scale to prefabrication.
