Face Books Fact Checks Are Just Opinion
Facebook has responded to my lawsuit in court. Their lawyers now claim that face books fact checks are merely opinion, and therefore immune from defamation. I thought fact checks are statements of fact, that facebook portrays them on its web side. Each time a fact checker rates a piece of content as false, facebook significantly reduces the contents distribution. We apply a warning label that links to the fact checkers article disproving that claim.
