The Story of Simbad the Sailor
Simbad had been born into the family of one of the richest merchants in Baghdad. His mother died at a very young age and his father died about a decade later, leaving Simbad in his late teens as the only heir to the family's largesse. He set himself up as a rich man and figured that everything would just work itself out. But he ran out of money in just a couple of years and became a persona non-grata among the upper echelons of the city. Finally, Simbad was faced with a dilemma.
