The Importance of Having the Right Training Ground

I think that, that kind of infrastructure and the thing that I went through, I don't know if it doesn't exist anymore in terms of how they bring people up through the ranks. You know, even though the market is still very strong right now, that feeling for the industry couldn't be more different than what it was back then. So I think in that regard, there's perhaps less opportunity, but where it's better for everyone these days is because there is so much you can do individually by yourself with the technology that's available.
