Do You Have a Unilateral Palae Dotomy?

I have had a unilateral palae dotomy that saved the life. The stonic storm of the patient dies. You can do surgery right now. I asked one colleague in Iran who published this case report, one of the cases, why didn't you do palaedotomy? We don't know how to do it. And since then there have been several cases from Italy and other places where a unilateral Palae Dotomy could reverse the stonic or even Parkinsonian storm.
