After getting drunk and crashing at her childhood home, she awakens in 1996 as a teenager, reliving her 16th birthday with a healthy young father.

Through repeated time travels, she experiments with changing her past—pursuing romances, altering career paths, and trying to save her dad—only to discover the profound impacts on her relationships, friendships, and appreciation for the present, especially her bond with her father and best friend Sam.
