Pangaea: Book 1 — Enforcers' Pursuit is a science-fiction novel set on the Earth colony Pangaea after Earth becomes uninhabitable; it follows twelve-year-old Mark who breaks out of a boys' correctional facility to discover why he was arrested despite having his memory erased.

The colony's law enforcers relentlessly hunt him using 'stalker hounds,' genetically enhanced tracking creatures, as Mark navigates an unknown world that may hold allies or new dangers.

Themes include injustice, child abuse, survival, hope, and the pursuit of truth, with the author aiming to educate through entertainment.

Camren T. Burton originally published an earlier version and re-released a redesigned edition in 2023, self-publishing via Amazon and producing trailers and planned audiobooks.

The book launches a planned multi-volume series (originally seven books, possibly more if volumes are split).
