Haggadah Shel Pesach

Rabbi Shimon Szimonowitz's Haggadah Shel Pesach (Machon Aleh Zayis) is an annotated Hebrew Haggadah designed to make the text self-explanatory through a three-part approach: color-coding of biblical verses and highlighted words, shaded introductory boxes explaining origins and obligations, and side captions indicating which mitzvah or source is being fulfilled.

It includes traditional halakhic notes, biurim (commentary) in the back, and longer essays on topics like Korban Pesach and L'shem Yichud.

Szimonowitz based the edition on a range of classical and later Haggadah sources and family manuscripts, aiming to help readers understand the plain meaning before delving into drashot and pilpul.
